Bulky Hooded Poncho Free Crochet Pattern

Hello Everyone!

It’s Friday once again and I told you all last week that there was going to be another hooded pattern this week. I’ve been playing around with hood a lot lately and having a great time doing so so don’t be surprised to see them more in the future.

This week I have a hooded poncho (I’ve also been in a poncho kick and I love wearing them!) made in bulky yarn and a simple stitch repeat that even a beginner could do. The bulky yarn makes it work up so quickly so this is a perfect project wo whip up quick if you want a wearable in a short amount of time. This one took me about 3 days to do start from finish so it works up really quickly for the size.

Remember this post will be available as a PDF by the end of the month for my 2 highest tier patrons.

This post will contain affiliate links this just means if you make a purchase using some of my links I will receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only link to products I personally use and would purchase again.

Before we go…

As always I hope you all enjoyed today’s pattern. I’ve really been loving both hoods and ponchos so I definitely enjoyed todays patterns at least. I also love working with bulky yarn because busting something out that you can wear so quickly is just so rewarding.

If you liked today’s pattern you can check out last weeks pattern which was a hooded cowl, or the weeks before pattern which was another poncho but with a turtleneck instead of a hood.

If you liked today’s pattern you can follow my Facebook page to get updates when new patterns come out, and if you make a project using one of my patterns you can join my Facebook group and show it off. I would absolutely love to see what all of you make.
