Hello Everyone!

Today is day 2 of my 12 days of Christmas crochet pattern blowout, and I’m bringing you a hat that screams Christmas that can easily be made in an afternoon. This crochet candy cane hat uses a weight 6 yarn that works up beautifully into a soft warm hat. It also only uses beginner friendly stitches, making it a great project for those of you just starting out who are hoping to make some last minute crochet gifts for the holidays.

The theme of this crochet pattern blowout is projects you can make in a day or less to get some last minute crochet gifts done for those of you who are feeling a little behind. This hat can also be made in any weight 6 yarn you can meet gauge with to create a hat people can wear outside of holiday season.

Scissors. I like the clover yarn cutter to cut my yarn with which you can find there on Amazon.

Faux fur pompom. You can find the set I have there on Amazon, it has a great color variety.

Button for attaching pompom. The set in the link comes in a nice bag with a pair of sewing scissors
