Ribbed Fingerless Gloves Free Crochet Pattern

Hello Everyone!

It’s day 9 of the 12 days of Christmas crochet pattern blowout! It’s also the day before I move! I can’t believe how fast this blowout has been going it’s been flying by. Today we have a new pair of fingerless gloves. I do have a pair of ribbed fingerless gloves available that you can see here, but these fingerless gloves have a thicker wrist cuff and are a little bit shorter for those who prefer that.

Supplies

5mm crochet hook

1 100 gram ball of weight 4 yarn

Scissors

Darning needle

Abbreviations

Ch- Chain

DC- Double crochet

FPDC- Front post double crochet

BPDC- Back post double crochet

HDC- Half double crochet

BLHDC- Back loop half double crochet

Slst- Slip stitch

Fingerless Gloves Crochet Pattern

Row 1- Work 23 foundation DC and join to beginning (24)

Rows 2-5- Ch 2, turn, alternate FPDC and BPDC around. Join to beginning with slst.

Row 6- Ch 1, turn, HDC around. Join to beginning with slst.

Row 7- Ch 1, turn, BLHDC in each stitch around. Join to beginning with slst.

Rows 8-12- Repeat rows 6-7

Row 13- Ch 1, turn, BLHDC in the first 3 stitches, ch 5, skip the next 7 stitches, BLHDC in each remaining stitch around. Join to beginning with slst.

Row 13 second glove- Ch 1, turn, BLHDC around until you have 10 stitches remaining. Ch 5, skip the next 7 stitches, BLHDC in the final 3 stitches. Join to beginning with slst.

Row 14- Ch 1, turn, HDC around. When you reach the ch stitches, work in the back bump of the ch stitches. Join to beginning with slst.

Row 15- Ch 1, turn, BLHDC in each stitch around. Join to beginning with slst.

Row 16-18- Repeat rows 6-7. You will end on a normal HDC row.

Tie off. Weave in ends.
