Hello Everyone!

I’m here today with the second pattern this week, a slouchy beanie hat with bursts of the alpine stitch throughout it. I’ve been loving making items with heavy textures lately. They help keep my mind a bit more with being stuck inside more.

I will be bringing you 2 patterns a week for the foreseeable future with the quarantine in place. I hope crafting helps keep you sane like it’s been helping me.

This hat uses alpine stitch and back loop half double crochets to make a heavy texture that works up beautifully with solid colored yarns.

The yarn I use for this pattern is sold out on ice yarns, however, it can be substituted out for Red Heart with love. Use the with love with sparkles if you want your’s shimmery as well.

This pattern will contain affiliate links, this means if you make a purchase through one of my links I will receive a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Let’s get hooking.
