Introduction
Hello everyone! It’s Friday once again so you all know what that means, we’re here with a new pattern. Today’s pattern matches the men’s crochet pattern for a face warmer I published recently (I will link to it at the end of this pattern.). I actually designed this pattern last year for my fiancee since he walks to work. For those of you that have been here before most likely know we live in Northern Minnesota so in the winter months that’s a cold walk.
This pattern uses moss stitch which makes a nice tight fabric as you work. The simple stitch makes it great for making for the men in your family, especially with the holidays coming up. The tight fabric also makes this hat, and the matching face warmer extremely warm. This is great for men who spend a lot of time outside in the cold months.
Let’s get hooking!

Conclusion
I hope you all enjoyed today’s pattern, it was a nice relaxing one to make for me and I hope it is for all of you as well! As said above this will make a great present for the men in your life. The face warmer can tuck into the jacket, and covers a good portion of the face. With both items, it covers almost all of the face and acts almost like a ski mask.
The Super Saver can be swapped out for any other weight 4 yarn if you would like other options. If using a caron simply soft instead you may need to add a few rows or go up a hook size since it’s a tad thinner than Super Saver.
If fitting for a larger adult then continue working increase rows with one more stitch before the increase until the diameter is 7 1/2 inches wide. If making for a child then only work increase rows until it measures 5 1/2 inches wide.
I hope you all have a great Friday and as always happy hooking!
