Touch Of Alpine Children’s Crochet Hat Pattern

Hello Everyone!

We’re back again today with a new pattern and today I have a touch of alpine crochet hat for children. This hat is done in primarily a double crochet with just a touch of the alpine stitch along the brim.

This hat was made for my friends who recently had a baby, and I decided to make a few things for their new baby, and their toddler.

If you’ve been watching my website and seen some of my other recent patterns it will be pretty clear that I have really been into the alpine stitch lately. I love the texture it gives and think it makes nice thick items for Minnesota winters.

This pattern worked up extremely quickly and you could easily make multiple in a day. This item would make a great last-minute gift, or perfect for stocking up your crochet craft fair booths.

Before we go

I hope you all enjoyed today’s pattern. This was a lot of fun for me to make the top was nice and relaxing and I’ve just loved working the alpine stitch lately.

If you would like to make this pattern for an adult keep working increase rows until it reaches the size you’d like. From there just work the rest of the rows the same, add a few more alpine rows for the ears.
