Hello Everyone!
It’s Friday once again and today I’m bringing you a thick and quick crochet winter hat. This hat uses a weight 6 wool blend yarn making it super warm and perfect for those living in areas with harsh winters.
Today’s project uses beginner friendly stitches, and the thick yarn makes it an extra quick crochet project. I love making hats in the winter time, especially ones that can be unisex or made for men. Living in Minnesota we get extra harsh winters and my fiancĂ©e absolutely loves having a bunch of hats to choose from when going to work.
Until recently I’ve ever really used thicker yarns, but I stumbled across someone selling their stash and it was mostly thicker yarns so lately I’ve been taking the opportunity to work with some of these thicker yarns and I’ve really been enjoying it, so I hope you guys like thicker yarns as well.

Before we go…
As always I hope you all enjoyed today’s pattern. This pattern was a lot of fun for me to make and one of my first times using a super bulky yarn so it was really awesome on my end. Wit it turning fall now and soon to be winter you’ll be seeing a lot more bulky yarn patterns from me and more winter items.
With October beginning remember next month will be my 10 days of giving pattern blowout so stay tuned for that! 10 patterns in 10 days is always exciting and I love having an opportunity to really bust out my ideas!
If you enjoyed today’s pattern and would like to see more follow my Facebook page here, if you make a project using a pattern from crochet with Kim please join my Facebook group here and post a picture of your creation! I would absolutely love to see what all of you make!
Once again I hope you all enjoyed today’s pattern, and as always happy hooking everyone!
